Cut

Drake sighed as he slipped underneath the thin black bedsheets, waiting for his significant other to return. She was still in the bathroom, a fact he found rather odd because they had postponed going to be until nearly three a.m.
He heard a flush and a slight sniffle, a small wave of fear passed through him.

"Suzie?" He asked as he kicked off the bedsheets and padded over to the bathroom door, "Babe, are you alright?"

"Yes, i'm fine." Another hiss followed after her fake rebuttal. Drake slipped his hand above the door frame and grabbed the spare bathroom key, knowing the door would be locked.

once he made his way inside, he stopped in midstride, noticing the brunette clutching a small box cutter razor, dicing the inside of her arm.

"Don't." Drake gripped her arm and snatched the blade away while forcing her into his arms. "Don't do that."

"Drake...." Suzie glanced down at his white T shrit, "Drake, i'm ruining your shirt."

Drake shook his head and kissed the top of her forehead. She's  bleeding and the only thing she's worried about is my shirt?

"I've got more." he whispered as he tilted her head up, leaning down to place a gentle kiss on her lips.
